Cancellation & Return Policy

Registration for our courses involves immediate administrative arrangements, including the procurement of specialized course materials and digital learning aids. These materials are assigned to you upon registration and represent a non-refundable cost to the business. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows: 14+ Days Before Session: Eligible for a 75% cash refund of the total course fee. 7 to 13 Days Before Session: Eligible for a 50% store credit, applicable toward future instruction or services. Less than 7 Days Before Session: No refunds or credits will be issued due to logistical commitments and instructor scheduling. At S&S Diving, we pride ourselves on being flexible and will work with clients whenever possible to adapt schedules and accommodate unforeseen changes. However, once the windows above have passed, we are unable to offer accommodations beyond these stated policies. Please note: All digital materials, physical manuals, and specialized learning aids provided upon registration are yours to keep but remain 100% non-refundable.
